PBAD- TR-HHR(RBS)-GFPuv-DT


This part consists of a gene that is coding GFPuv and taRNA responsive HHR which has a stem loop including RBS. HHR has self-cleavage activity, and RBS will be exposed when self-cleavage will occur. However, its activity is suppressed when taRNA(taR12) hybridizes to HHR. Therefore, in the presence of taRNA, the expression of GFPuv is lower than in the absence of taRNA.
